The Role

Are you a recent graduate in Audio-visual Translation or a related field looking to start your career in the localisation industry? This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience while supporting the delivery of multilingual entertainment projects for global clients.

You will work alongside experienced Project Managers within our Global Client Operations team, helping to coordinate dubbing, subtitling, voice-over and translation projects from start to finish. Through hands-on involvement in project delivery, you will develop valuable project management skills while building a strong understanding of the localisation industry.

What You Will Do

• Support the team with day-to-day administrative and production tasks across multiple projects.

• Coordinate project activities from initiation through to completion.

• Organise and distribute project materials to suppliers and internal departments.

• Prepare and manage project files using internal systems and tools.

• Maintain accurate project, order and workflow records.

• Monitor project progress to help ensure deadlines, budgets and quality standards are met.

• Complete project administration and maintain organised documentation.

• Communicate regularly with Project Managers, suppliers and colleagues across different regions and cultures.

• Identify and raise project issues with your assigned mentor when required.

• Assist with updating project schedules, reports and project status information.

• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and provide ad hoc support where needed.

What We Are Looking For

• A university degree, preferably in Translation, Audio-visual Translation or a related discipline.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with people from different cultural backgrounds.

• The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organisational, planning and time management skills.

• Good problem-solving and numeracy skills.

• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and use your own initiative.

• A flexible, collaborative and professional approach to work.

It Would Be Helpful If You Have

• An understanding of, or interest in, project management methodologies and systems.

• Experience using subtitling software.

• Knowledge of additional languages.
